FAQ

With 20 years of experience supporting leaders, managers, and teams in global communication, I’ve seen firsthand how culture shapes not just what we communicate, but how and from where we do it. Living between two countries—and the last 10 years in the UK—has deepened my understanding of this impact. I help international professionals overcome communication challenges by focusing on two key elements: training them to communicate effectively across cultures and raising awareness of their own cultural mindset. This combination enables teams to approach new markets strategically, anticipate challenges, and go beyond language to achieve truly global communication.

Intercultural coaching is a space for reflection and action. I help individuals and teams grow in multicultural environments, whether it’s communicating effectively, managing change, making decisions, or planning ahead. It’s not about language; it’s about uncovering the invisible patterns, our values, beliefs, and behaviors, that shape how we act. By identifying these, we become more aware, make better choices, and shape the best version of ourselves.

Our clients have different needs, and our services adapt accordingly. Sometimes they require coaching, helping them reflect, analyze themselves, and understand how their behaviors influence their decisions. Other times, they seek mentoring, to gain guidance on developing their professional path, understand their starting point, set goals, and identify the right questions to ask. In every case, the support is tailored to what the client truly needs.

Wondering if the process is for you? The answer is yes. If you want to connect with yourself and bring a better version of yourself, if you want to communicate better in a diverse context and if you want to move from reflection to action, and if you want to cultivate your future. The beauty of this process is that you choose the path. I will guide you.

Our sessions last sixty minutes and are offered in English, Catalan, and Spanish. Using a tailored approach, we help clients gain clarity, take meaningful action, and navigate intercultural challenges. For companies and teams, we start with an initial diagnosis and design interventions that may include workshops, meeting observations, and communication protocols. We focus on diversity, inclusion, and sustainable results—providing practical tools and strategies to improve internal communication and succeed in international markets

I support international professionals and leaders who want to redefine their direction, communicate their purpose and grow in a global context. This space is where values, decisions and life strategy come together. It is a process between 3-9 months and we usually meet between 3-5 weeks.

I can support leaders and teams in many countries and cultures around the world. I’m part of an international network, Friends of Hofstede, and I also collaborate with TCP Institute. We all together continue working on the job of Geert Hofstede. Together, as a community, with more than 100 consultants, help organizations communicate, lead, and grow. We tailor the training, we adapt the mentoring, the coaching, and we help companies to reorganize their internal culture.
